Kisisel Police
Thank you for visiting our website.
ISP-MUC T.Holub (hereafter referred to as MY-Boat24) places great value on the protection of your personal data. Since both the protection of your privacy and the protection of our customers/subscribers is of great importance to us, your personal data will be handled confidentially and in accordance with prevailing data protection regulations.
Your data will not be published or disclosed to third parties, and will only be used to inform you of our activities in your particular area of interest.
This document shows you the different information that we receive from you, what we do with the data, and how you can amend and update this information.
Data collection
Every web server automatically registers access to websites.
For purposes of system security when visiting our website, our web server temporarily records the domain name or the IP address of the enquiring computer, together with the access date, the file name and the URL you have accessed, the HTTP answer code and the website from which you are visiting us, and the bytes transferred during the connection. This information is stored anonymously, and cannot be traced back to your person or actions.
No further personal data is recorded, unless such information is expressly and voluntarily provided by you, for example as part of an online participation or registration. We handle your data responsible and in accordance with prevailing legal requirements.
Use of data
We store computer-related data in order to identify trends and compile statistics. This stored data is also used for purposes of identification and tracing of improper attempts at access to our web server. We compile profile information on the use of our websites exclusively in anonymous form and only for the improvement of user guidance and optimisation of our services for user interests. We do not compile or process from this data any personal-related surfing profiles or similar.
We collect, store and process your personal data provided only to the extent required for the handling of enquiries and orders. To facilitate this task, data may sometimes be exchanged with other, third parties involved in processing your order. Beyond this requirement, we will not pass on your data to third parties unless we are obliged to do so by legal regulations, or you determine this yourself.
We would be happy to inform you of our products and services, and may occasionally want to ask you about your reaction. Subject to your objection, we may therefore create usage profiles under pseudonyms for the purposes of market research, advertising or the efficient design and organisation of services.
The personal data that you provide us with (for example: your name and address or e-mail address), will be used by us for the purposes of correspondence with you, or only for the purposes for which you provide us with the data. Here again, we would like to use your address data occasionally in order to inform you about our products and services and new features.
By means of the data provided, we may also contact you electronically or by telephone in the course of customer satisfaction surveys or for market research and advertising purposes.
Cookies
In order to tailor the website to your requirements, and gather certain information, we use various technologies, including so-called “cookies”. Cookies serve to simplify Internet usage and communication.
Cookies are small text files (max. 4KB), which our website sends to your browser, and which are then stored on your PC to save them as an anonymous means of identification. The purpose of these cookies includes better control of the connection during your visit to our websites and more effective support when you return to our website. Without this temporary “intermediate storage”, entries already made would have to be repeated for some applications. A cookie contains only information supplied by a server and/or entered on request by the user (e.g. domain, path, expiry date, cookie name and value). They therefore contain purely technical information, and no personal data. A cookie cannot explore your hard disk.
if you require, you can suppress the storage of cookies via your web browser, or decide whether you want to store cookies or not by means of a specific instruction. Refusal to accept cookies can however mean that some pages will no longer be displayed correctly.
Consent
By using our Internet sites, you consent to the above storage and use of your data. By entering your personal data, you consent to the described processing and use of the data.
Your rights / contact data
We will of course be happy to inform you of the use of your personal data.
You have a right of information with regard to the personal data about you that has been stored, and also the right to correction of faulty data, blockage and deletion. You may at any time object to the use of personal data for advertising purposes. We would also like to draw specific attention to the fact that our employees are obliged to data secrecy in accordance with the “Bundesdatenschutzgesetz” (BDSG) (German data protection law).
if you would like information on your personal data, its correction or deletion, please send us an e-mail
Further information on our company is given in the imprint.
